Privacy Policy

IVF Navigator is a free planning tool for organizing fertility treatment costs: a cost planner, a clinic comparison table, and an insurance checklist. This policy describes what happens to the information you enter. It is written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us at info.cranberryivf@gmail.com.

What you enter stays in your browser

The figures you type into the planner, the clinic names you compare, and the checklist answers you record stay in your browser session. They are not sent to a server and are not stored by us, with two exceptions described below: generating a personalized report, and asking for an email copy of that report.

Generating a personalized report

When you generate the personalized $19 report, only your calculated figures and selected options (such as your state and age band) are sent to an outside wording service set up for this site, so the report can be written around your own numbers. Your name, notes, and insurer details are never sent — the wording service receives figures only, and every number in the report is checked against the figures you entered before it is shown. If the wording does not check out, you see a standard template built from the same figures instead.

Email copy of your report

The email address field on the report card is optional. If you enter an address, it is sent to this site's server only to send that one copy of your report. Your address is never stored, never added to usage counts, and never sent to the wording service. If you leave the field empty, no email is sent and nothing about you leaves the browser beyond the two cases described here.

Anonymous usage counts

We count, anonymously, which parts of the page are used — for example, whether the planner was edited or a checklist PDF was downloaded. Each count records only which button was used, together with a random ID stored in your browser, so repeat visits are not double-counted. Usage counts never include the figures you enter, clinic names, email addresses, or anything you type.

No accounts

This site has no accounts, no sign-in, and no passwords. There is nothing to log into and no profile held about you.

Payments

This page does not ask for card numbers or collect payment details. When payment is offered, checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider, and card details go to that provider, not to this site.

Fonts

The site's display fonts load from Google Fonts. As part of serving the font files, Google may see your IP address and browser details, as it does for any site using its font service.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions about privacy can go to info.cranberryivf@gmail.com.
