Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers the report-generation feature on IVF Navigator: the part of the site that turns the figures you entered into a readable personalized report. The rest of the site — the cost planner, the clinic comparison table, and the insurance checklist — is for organizing your own information and is not covered by the restrictions below beyond ordinary lawful use.

What the generation feature does

The feature only rephrases your own locked figures into a readable report: a cost breakdown for the numbers you entered, an insurer call script, an appeal letter template, a message script for asking about fertility benefits, a medication savings checklist, and a multi-cycle math explanation. It does not look anything up, and it does not add new numbers. Every number in the generated wording is checked against the figures you entered before it is shown.

What it must not be used for

• Asking for medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or an interpretation of test results.
• Asking for a coverage verdict — whether an insurer will pay for a treatment.
• Trying to get the feature to invent, alter, or present as fact any number, clinic price, or success rate beyond the figures you entered.
• Creating false claims about a clinic, an insurer, or any other organization.
• Producing harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content, or trying to bypass the checks that keep the wording tied to your figures.

If the feature is misused

Generation may be refused when a request falls outside this policy. In that case the standard template built from your figures is shown instead, so you still get a usable report. Repeated misuse may lead to the feature being withheld.
